Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. No Refund Policy:-

Please contact our Support to begin the refund process, Support team will walk you through the process and help you.
Buyer Must Contact Personally Either Through Email Or Discord or The Website.
All Our Products Are Digital Which Means No Refund After Purchase.
You must understand that digital items are non-refundable. When you make a purchase you agree that you know about the no refund policy and you'll not get a refund unless it's a fault from our side and you've contacted us and given us a time of 3 days to check with everything. Once the digital items have been received and checked by you, you'll still have 3 days to check with everything and see if everything is working, after those 3 days no refund will be processed by us. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund if we find that there is no fault from us.

If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund (Deadline is 3 days from the date of purchase).

Defective Item:-

In certain cases, such as defective, lag or any kind of problem you may face you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, in 3 days and if the issue is found and it's from us only then you're entitled to receive a refund.
You must contact our company at killerroi@pm.me within 3 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:
 - Proof of purchase
 - Order number
 - Product name
 - Information about the defect, failure, lag part of the item(s).
 - Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area.

When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:
 - To replace the defective item(s) with quality item(s).
 - To get a refund (if issue is found 3 days from purchase).
